1. No electricity will be provided to vendors. Use of whisper quiet generators required.
2. Times listed are event times. Set up time starts two hours before times listed. If you need additional time for set up, please contact Chalet with specific timing details. Trucks can stay past times listed if they choose to.
3. Event location addresses are listed with each specific event.
4. Packing and food waste generated by vendors must be discarded by vendors. Some sites have dumpsters that can be used.
5. Vendors must shield from defacing public and private property, so bring ground covers and tape. If the township must clean up your space of grease, trash and food stains, you will be charged a $250.00 cleanup fee.
6. Food vendors using cooking equipment must bring a fire extinguisher.
7. We will try our best to not book vendors with duplicate items. We may ask you to adjust your menu so we do not have overlap with other vendors or with Dover Area Parks & Recreation.
8. All vendors must submit a current PA Dept. of Agriculture License once approved to participate in the event. YOU CANNOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A VALID LICENSE NUMBER.
9. Dover Township assumes no liability for any accidents to property or person.
10. Fees for participation vary. You will be confirmed once payment is received.
11. If it rains, the event may canceled. (We try not to cancel) We will reach out with any changes.
